A phone photo is enough. Best is a photo in daylight where your whole car is visible, from the side or at an angle. Use the original file: screenshots and photos sent through messenger apps are less sharp.

You can cover it before uploading. For hand-drawn orders, just tell the designer in your notes.

Each round shows four styles. You can create up to 12 previews per photo.

We're a company based in Germany. Even though you pay in US dollars, some banks charge a foreign transaction fee on payments to companies outside the US. The fee comes from your bank, not from us.

Where we're registered to collect sales tax, it's shown at checkout before you pay.

We don't run permanent sales. If there's an offer, you'll see its conditions right next to it.

Prints usually arrive 5–10 business days after you order. Hand-drawn orders ship after you approve your drawing. Details: Shipping.

Not necessarily. Each piece is made for you separately, so items may arrive in separate packages, on different days.

Every piece is made from your photo, so we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, tell us within 21 days of delivery and we'll reprint it or refund you.

Email us with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and reprint or refund if it's lost.

Once you've downloaded it, not for a change of mind, because you saw the image before you bought it. If the file is damaged, won't download or differs from your preview, we'll send you a working file or refund you.

For Express, AI services create your previews from it; for Hand-drawn, one of our designers draws from it. We delete the original after 30 days at the latest. Details: Privacy Policy.

Only if you allow it. With your OK, Meta's pixel measures our ads and lets us show them to people who visited us, and our own visitor ID counts return visits for our statistics. If you decline, nothing changes in the shop. We don't use Google Analytics or session recordings. You can change your choice any time under "Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page.
